[TheForge] Stick welding question

Ralph will probably disagree with me, he always does on arc welding questions, but if the rods are really old, I'd get rid of them.  You could try to dry out a few just for the heck of it.  You can get 6013s in 1 and 5 pound boxes I think, and just not keep so much on hand.
