Hi,
The 'Hoffi' style hammer is actually a Czech style hammer,
which is not surprizing in that Hoffi sudied under Czech blacksmith
Freddy Habermann.
The illustration is of a Czech style hammer prior to the dressing of its
edges. Kayne Hardware sells 'em.
