Thanks. That's another option I hadn't thought of. I'll file that away for
possible future use.
I guess in an indirect manner, your suggestion of the most efficient method is
to get someone else to do it.

(I've even considered that option.)

Of course, you could just order 3/4 in half round A36 bar stock.
Centaur sells it in 80" lengths for about $9 a stick.   I have seen it
in their catalog for years, but never needed it.  Filed it away in the
wet grey cabinet, waiting for a question like this.   Save your arm.......
