I just got one of the HF knock offs and it does quite well.I cut some 1/8 with it and it was a tough but it went through.I think it would do 14 ga well enough and the cost is right at 90 bucks.It seems to be well built.I mounted to a piece of angle iron so I can just clamp it in the vise and its ready to go Bob HotAnvil Forge http://members.tripod.com/hotanvil_forge
