A while back, someone on this list
suggested putting a blower on the floor
to make a wind screen in front of a gas
forge.
 I just tried it and it looks like I
will have hair on my arms this summer.

Semi-related question:

I built a coffee can (2.5lb can) forge and I need to get a blower source to
get the thing to temp proper. At the moment it has a small hot spot and
doesn't heat evenly. I am using a torch like those found at WALMART...Any
suggestions?
