Ah-ha!  I have a 1945 Bantam trailer.  That's a WW II vintage, US army
jeep trailer that my Dad bought in 1948.  It's still in usable shape
after almost 60 years of light use and outdoor storage but Nova Scotia
weather has been a bit unkind to it and I'm going to try to overhaul
it this spring. I may have questions before long.

Has 16" tires, heavy brakes and springs and makes all utility trailers
sold now look like Tinker Toys.
