Dear Dave,

I forgot to mention Fastenal, http://www.fastenal.com/ which is a
national chain of industrial supply houses, and if you have a local branch,
they can get blades made up in a couple of days (and good quality like
Sandvik, too), and Mcmaster-Carr http://www.mcmaster.com/ (I know they
have a Chicago warehouse) Mcmaster-Carr really rocks because they have a lot
of hard to find industrial stuff, and my experience is about 99.5 percent is
in stock and shipped the same day. If you only have one catalog on your
desk, I vote for McMaster-Carr. Good luck!!
