And their site doesn't work at all unless you accept cookies.

The HbkC&P recipe calls for distilled water, sugar, ethanol,
conc. nitric acid, silver nitrate, potassium hydroxide and ammonium
hydroxide.  All pretty cheap except the AgNO3 which might be way
cheaper from a photo supply house than from a mirror shop.  (I bought
a pound of it when I was a high school science geek and still
have half if it left.)

Interesting warning that silver fuliminate may be produced in the
process so you should neutralize the leftovers with salt.  Huh.
