Can you weld on some sort of guide to the drum? say some 1" x 1/8" flat bar,
20 or so pieces 4" long welded around the drum angled like the angle on a V
pulley should keep the chain on the drum, Id see more of a problem with
getting grip on the drum when its got 100 kilos of steel and media in it,
could just put some weld spots around it, they wouldnt have to line up with
the chain just give it some purchase.
