[TheForge] Pexto sheet metal tool, I don't know what it is

It is simply a sheet metal snip.   The double blade design allows it to cut
sheet metal with less distortion.   Pexto is a good brand.  I have been working
on building up my sheet metal handtools for some time.     I would guess yours
is for light gauge duct work,especially with the crimper you described.
