[TheForge] ITC-100 source?

Greetings all --
    A want-to-be smith of my acquaintance has been bit by the
gas forge bug and wants to locate ITC 100 in small quantities.
The links I dug out of my old e-mails are apparently dead.
Can anyone suggest a source?
