OK....

Ammonia will neutralize the chlorine BUT!!!!!!!

The combination with chlorine releases a highly toxic gas. You need to do
this in excellent ventilation, preferably outdoors, and use a breathing
mask. Once you wash it down thoroughly with fresh water, it will be fine.

Naval jelly should handle the rest of it, but it, too, is pretty toxic,
although not particularly gaseous. Use heavy gloves when you handle it-
don't get it on your skin. If you do, rinse immediately.
