[TheForge] erasable marker boards

Dave, here's my experience with white board.
My wife works in a little dress shop in the upper
class yuppie part of town (two towns over)
One of her colleges made the mistake of using
a permanent Marks-A-Lot on the whiteboard.
Being ruined, they threw away the 36" x 48"
whiteboard complete with wooden frame and
built-in marker tray. My wife, "The Lovely Cindy",
being the all-knowing Oracle of the South,
rescued it and brought it home to me for fixing.
I used several treatments of acetone and a rag
soaked in elbow grease over several days to
completely remove the permanent marker.
I have found that if I leave the dry erase drawing
on the board for many days it becomes hard to
remove. A little Windex solves that problem.
