[TheForge] erasable marker boards

Dave;

  The "plastic/vinyl covered hardboard" is what I scuffed with
scotchbrite and painted with the spray on chalk board paint, I think
that is the wall board that Aaron is using. This right Aaron? Made a
nice smooth chalkboard and the paint held up for a number of years,
( if you are still considering a chalk board).

   Also, denatured alcohol is ethyl alcohol with petroleum of some
sort or some chemical added to make it unappealing to drink. When we
were looking into making alcohol for fuel in the late 70's, the govt.
required that we mix one gallon of gasoline AND one gallon of diesel
fuel to each 100 gallons of alcohol we made to "denature" it so as to
make it undrinkable.
