Well.... what if you found customers that wanted to give you lots
of money for the things you want to build ?  You happy , they happy.
Customer base is the answer.
If you just want to make "J" hooks ( or trivets ) , fine. But even if you
make the best one around,
there is a limit to what they will pay.
But , then again, you have to have the " shop " before you can do the big
jobs.
