[TheForge] left-handed pipe thread?

hello;

i really have to ask where left-handed pipe threads are
used. i was visiting a friend today and he was moaning about
a fouled up pipe fittings order. most of the fittings have
left-handed pipe threads. some of the 90 degree elbows have
one end left-handed and the other end is right handed. nearly
ever pipe coupling is left-handed at one end and right-handed
at the other end.
