[TheForge] Anvil base (was:Anvil design) (was: slack tub)

I have a concrete base for mine - works great.    I just screwed together 
some plywood for a form - put in rebar plus any hardware I wanted like 
studs for mounting brackets and anchors to hold tool racks and then filled 
it with readymix
