Hmm... I have a 18" pulley for my jackshaft and a 10" already on it so
4" -> 18"/10" -> 10" would give me 388 RPM -- pretty close.
Good.

Visited a neighbor today who has several sawmill rigs and a few
shingle mills is various stages of restoration or decay.  But no extra
pullies except ones that have been through a sawmill fire.  His report
on the one that disintegrated at speed in his mill makes me just a bit
leery of having one right over my head that might do that.

What I have to work with without spending more money is all flatbelt
stuff.  A 2" flat pulley is getting kinda small for good operation.
Even 4" seems to require an extra dollop of belt dressing to keep it
from slipping.
