I've come to view it sort of like this;
My heart is in making the stuff...is it good or bad...I dunno and try not
to care much....it is the process I'm here for. If I had to I'd pay so I
could keep doing it.
The work is merely the by-product of the process, much as turds are the
byproduct of eating and digestion.
But, In order to keep doing it, innocents have to be convinced to buy the
turds.
This means both finishing ( which I hate) and sales ( which I don't like
either).
This must be done with a straight face, though it is hard some times.

If you think "artists" are weird...meet the gallery owners who wish they
could do art but ,dont. They can be profoundly neurotic!
Convincing someone to buy a turd is a delicate business that I'm not very
good at.
Is that what is called " A bad attitude?"
