Cut the copper sheet on a table saw with a proper blade I just did a load of
bronze with a blade made for non ferrous metal it was listed for aluminum /
brass . I had one in the table saw and one in the chop saw for corners..
Slow feed into the blade and use a full face shield..
Also contact http://www.epi.com/ they have the proper products that will
give you the Dirty penny finish right now, no fooling around...
