I don't see what the problem is. Someone tells me what they want and I tell
them it will cost "X" amount of dollars. Sure, I have had "well to do" folks
balk at seemingly high prices, but I do try and price my work so that it is
profitable enough for me to continue doing it and in line with what my peers
are doing for similar work, I just tell them that I understand if they
cannot afford to have me do the work. No one ever gets a chance to nickel
and dime me because I make an effort to have the customer understand exactly
what costs are involved, and what they are going to get for it.
