	This is precisely what I have found.  Unfortunately, there seem
	to be a lot more of the latter than the former.  And I can tell
	you that at least for me there is nothing more frustrating than
	being nickel and dimed to death by a person who could wipe their
	bottoms with hundred dollar bills and never miss it.
