yep, that's what this one says too.  Cole Tool MFG on the top, and Chicago 
Hgts, ILL down the front jaw.

It looks more like a piect of 8ga electric fence wire was wrapped around it 
instead of a real spring.  You've got a good eye.

Mine is also No 11.  I think our vises may be siblings, nor merely close 
cousins.

Well, I know that Centaur Forge has one, with the leg inserted) in their 
workshop and forge area where UMBA holds it's annual membership meeting.

What's that guy asking for $$$ at your meetings?  I'd like to get an idea 
of it's relative value.
