May be Chris,
    But as stated, steel is cheap compared to all the hassle of trying to
salvage what I can use out of the bumpers.  If there were no risks, then I would
take advantage of the never ending (seems people will never learn to drive
around here) supply, but as there are problems then I think I'll just pass.  The
unfortunate part is there is not much industry near here so the abundance of
scrap metal yards enjoyed in other parts of the country are not available here.
