[TheForge] Hosfeld Bender (and clones) basic setup and use

You KNOW that I'd like a copy.  Can you scan and send them?  I have a DSL 
line, so file size is not a problem for me.

If you want I can scan and send you a copy of the manual that came with the 
HF bender.
