[TheForge] Hosfeld Bender (and clones) basic setup and use

Dave,

I have a manual from another supplier of the bender, Shop Outfitters.  I too
purchased the HF bender, and mine didn't come with any manual, but I had a
friend at a shop who owned the SO brand and I went and copied his manual.

Since they have copyright threats everywhere, I called to ask for permission
to post to the site.  I'm supposed to get a call back tomorrow.  If they
decline I will make some copies and send them to whoever wants them, off
list.
