Consider this, in his letter the Secretary of ABANA, Mr Kagele,
references the other 14 'Directors' (Board members).  Seems all 14 of
them are now in for a penny or in for a pound.....but in.

He then seems to states that unless he gets what he wants he will attack
a fellow abana member in the abana newsletter to compel an outcome.
He also sent a 'threatening' legal notice to a fellow abana member in
response to 'open speech'.
The President of ABANA (one of Mr Kagele's 14 directors), Doug Learn
currently has the responsibility of oversight of the Secretary and his
actions on behalf of all of his fellow ABANA Board members.

The Board is also responsible.  Perhaps the majority of the Board and
the Publications committee believe that Mr Kagele's approach to Tim
Ryan, as outlined in his letter, is a proper way for ABANA to conduct
business.            As an ABANA member, I do not.

As Secretary of ABANA, Mr Kagele has dragged every single member of the
ABANA Board into this, for by their silence they lend consent.
