[TheForge] fluorescent lamps in the shop

My experience in my unheated pole barn shop with used light
fixtures is that they are dimmer when first turned on, but within
a few minutes of operation the bulbs warm up and light output
returns to normal. May take 20 minutes or so depending on
startup temperature. I have used them below 20 degrees.
