[TheForge] L.P. saftey, was quick disconnects

Rick, These sound like some more economical options. The heavy
rubber with wire cored line I purchased was over a dollar a foot. The ends
were swaged in a press and pressure tested so the 50 foot whip cost me $150.
It is one rugged line and I felt good about using it especially when others
are in the shop at a workshop, etc. Folks have no idea what a 3/8 whip at
15 psi would do. This line is very like hydraulic hose in feel and
flexibility but the rubber is rated for LP.
I also have shut offs at the forge, the regulator feeding the whip,
the manifold feeding the regulator (just outside the building) and one on
the tank. This allows you to head where ever necessary to cut the supply if
an accident was in progress.

Ralph
