Darrell,
I fully understand the question.  I did not sign for a bid.  Bids or a
better word proposals were presented to the total ABANA Board for a vote.
If you are a member of ABANA you can get a copy of the minutes of that
meeting and read for yourself.  This is about all I have to say on this
issue.  I am no longer on the ABANA Board and you should direct your
questions to  one of the present board members regarding this issue .
