I was not the President of ABANA when the bids were put on the table at
Flagstaff.  Lou was the president.  I only took over after Lou resigned
later during the conference.  The board meeting was over and done with.  I
also turned over the next meeting at La Crosse to the new president Doug
Learn at the beginning of the ABANA Board Meeting.
