I run my 3 phase the following way. I bought a 3 phase lathe 3 hp a few
years ago, I bought a static converter to run the lathe. I later wired a
plug at the motor I used old 15 amp 3 phase plugs & outlets. I start my
lathe in neutral and let it idle. I plug in my 3 phase equipment and run. I
have successfuly run 2 other 3 hp 3 phase motors at the same time. Rowland
