Here is one source....I've not tried them.  The length of time I've had 
the translucent colors (over 10 years) attests to its shelf life for 
sure......       The translucent colors allow light to reflect through 
them, so the bottom or back of the area being enameled with these colors 
(as opposed to the solid variants) should be as close to mirror finish 
as possible for the coolest effect.
I like it on bronze, where I have gone over the bottom of a stamped 
depression with a burnishing tool first.
