It'll probably be moved a couple of times a year. This will not be moved
regularly. So I'm not concerned about the fatigue factor. However, with
all the suggestions I've been getting I'll be sure to tell the customer and
include the info in the waiver he's willing to sign.

Dann Johnson in response to this query on the rope makers list suggested
using a 50' orange extension cord. He says he thinks that they are
16ga. He ran a 3.25hp elec chainsaw on one once and says this of
that: "If I were running my 3.25 hp electric chain saw on 150 feet of 16
gage wire as a core / goke threw a sisal rope, I might not lay claims
to be the smartest rat on the raft: but I did saw down a couple trees
that way without damaging the saw, or noticeably heating up the extension
cords."

So, at this point I'm thinking that I'll recommend to the buyer to go that
route for the central core.

Thanks for all the advice, I think I know were to go from here.
