Unfortunately health insurance like all insurance is regulated and 
priced state by state and it is not really possible for a small 
organization like ABANA to negotiate rates in all states. I belong to 
a little larger size  organization who " has health insurance " for 
its members and all it really does is point you at a local insurance 
broker who will " give you the member discount" which is not much.

You should talk to your local chamber of commerce they often have a 
health insurance plan for members that is reasonably priced (if you 
can really say that about health ins.). For us it is the same plan 
that I got from my broker but a little cheaper and has dental and 
vision as well.
