[TheForge] Air compressor and ABANA

And so the reason for my not just plain endorsing it, now I've heard
of two... that's too many for me.
Of course, I haven't priced the large steel pipe. Schedule 40 4"
is rated at 220 lbs. and 2" at 280 lbs. Makes me think of running a
main in 4" if you could get some kind of connections for the drops
made up that wouldn't transfer vibrations to the PVC... And by that
time, you could probably run 2" steel for the same price and less
hassle and a far less chance of blowing anything up...
Guess I'd have to bite the bullet and use 2" steel for a main. I'd
come right off of the compressor tank with as large a hose as the
opening would allow into the 2" at about 3 or 4 feet, take the 2" to
the floor with a valve at the bottom. Use hydraulic hose for the
connection. At the top, t it and plug the end of the t you aren't
using and head down the shop with the other leg from that t . Put T's
in the 2'' as often as you would like drops, I'd probably t off with
1"and split those off into separate 3/4 " drops.
If I ended up painting, I'd drop for the paint spray equipment with
a 1" all the way to the floor and valve the bottom as a drip leg,
wouldn't run anything else on this drop.
