Walt,

          I have enjoyed this bit of "fencing" with you but we will never 
agree with each other. The only thing for sure is that neither one of us is 
in complete possession of the all facts in this matter.  I hope that we get a 
full report on the reality of this situation so it can be put to rest in 
everyones mind. I wish you nothing but well and feel the same for the Board 
of Directors, and all others involved inthis ongoing discussion, regardless 
of pont of view. And by the way Walt I missed your post on putting water on 
the fire... could you repost?
