[TheForge] Cheap Motor Freight?

Phil,
You are excatly right, companies with accounts get huge discounts. In 
the pat I have done all of the following:
Used a supplier's freght account, and I prepaid shipping, I have had 
freight companies set up an account for me based on an assumed volume of 
freight, usually not fibbing, but a high end guess, and I have brought 
heavy shipments directly to terminals and gotten a break on rates.
