This is noticeably different from what you originally stated.  Thank you 
for the clarification.

I didn't label "all of" the comments as B.S.   Based on this response I was 
right in questioning them, specifically the statement about Tim having been 
'dumped' from the Board, which was flat our wrong and inflammatory if left 
to stand unchallenged.  I stand firm on my position that the unqualified 
term 'dumped' was bovine fecal matter.

You may call my position on this whole matter naive, I call it prudent 
skepticism.
