Dave,
I'm sorry that I wasn't more clear in my email.
The board told Tim if he participated in the anvil shoot at Madison he was
gone.
Unfortunately they didn't check the ABANA by laws / articles of
incorporation that were filed and approved in Georgia.
Tim had to direct their attention to the fact that they didn't have the
legal authority to dump him, and he refused to resign.
I also believe that he was subsequently reelected to another term by the
general ABANA membership.
I may be completely wrong but it seems to me that you are somewhat naive
about ABANA's problems for the past several years.
You are, however perfectly free, to label all of our comments B.S.
I'm going to bed now, I've got a very long day ahead of me tomorrow.
