Actually if you are using the Pure Iron, buy larger and draw out on the 
horn. The stuff draws out easy. I made a bunch of spoon augers for the 
mastermyr collection and they all started as 3/4 sq.
Neck stretching helps the tingles, know any Physical Therapists? I learned 
what they call pigeon exercises. A combination of neck movement and 
stretching. If done right you will gets lots of weird sensations while you 
are doing them, but it cuts down on the problem otherwise
