The winds of change are blowing us to Pine Bluff, Ark.  Are there any
blacksmiths in the PB-LR-Hot Springs triangle lurking that might want to
speak up?  Aah, the Ironies of life; trading 30 minutes from Louisville
for 30 minutes from Little Rock...  I know  the BOA members in N & NW
Ark., and there are the 4 State Iron Munchers from Texarkana, but I have
never heard of anyone in the SE corner.
