What you suggested below is easily done, but because of the resolution
of the original jpg photo posted to EBAY, by the time one saves a copy,
cut out and enlarge the individual plate- page to full size, the quality
of the printed image is somewhat degraded. It would still be nice to have
an original print.

1) line up what you want on your monitor.
2) hit the "Print screen" button on your keyboard
3) Open paint and "paste" it in.
4) Select the area you want to keep with the
rectangular select window
5) copy it.
6) open a new paint file and paste it in.
In windows 2000 you can save it as a jpeg.
