[TheForge] epoxy for concrete fasteners

It's been over 20 years, so there are probably some epoxies for this
now, but we always used a latex concrete for this kind of
installation.  We would drill for the depth we needed to support at
the height we wanted and set the hardware in latex based concrete in
the hole.  The latex didn't support the weight that way, though I
think it would have and I'd never seen anything crack out.      JM.02

   P.S.  Afterthought... this was all inside installation.  No
temperature extremes, not sure how that might effect the latex, but I
don't think it does.
