[TheForge] Epoxy PRIMER?

I worked for a place that used epoxy paints on the machines that we sold no
primer was used two to three coats of paint. The first coat was moreof a
dusting then a coat of paint. The paint we used lasted  a long time other
than in high humitity (constand wash downs after production) and salt (the
customer thought he could get away with out the stainless steel machine).
