jeff,

the pocket totems are a fetish item. before you start thinking latex etc. take a look at your dictionary. mine says "fetish" is,

1. an object believed to have magical powers...

as in rabbits foot etc. i call them pocket totems cuz no one was here to stop me. i make a few and give them to friends. i have one on my keychain. that's what the hole is for.

if you turn it into a multi purpose tool put up a picture of it.
