Well Grover, I'm still not a lawyer, but wouldn't that be like saying that
if the
person in the position of leadership was a republican, that the republican
party
would be liable for damages as well? The ABANA member that you mention
may be in a position of leadership within the affiliate group, but not
leadership
within the ABANA org. I don't think that any of the board members are
shooting anvils but time will tell. I don't think that there is anyone that
doesn't
know ABANA's official position on shooting anvils, and I think that most
folks are tired of hearing about it.
