	On further deliberation (recalling the rest of your list of
needs), spring for a good TiG torch.  The guys here will let you
know the amperage you want (highest you can afford), the cycle time
you'll need (highest you can afford), and what "accessories"
(gouging tips, cutters, stick welding sockets, etc) you'll need
(all you can afford<G>).

	TiG can get confusing, you've got a dozen knobs, switches,
dials, and gauges on the front of a good machine.  Amperage,
polarity, which outputs are hot, remote switches (you WANT a foot
switch), etc.  Takes some learning.
