Dave,
Thanks for including Al Waller's message to you concerning the problems.
I had to chuckle because Al brought back memories of my working life before
retiring five years ago. That drive to get it done first and then enjoy life
later is what has built our country, in my opinion. At the end of his
message Al says "life is good", he is right, but only until the next problem
rears it's head. Then it is back to getting it done first once more. That is
unless one is retired, then there is the luxury of occasionally putting it
off until tomorrow. But, that luxury must be used sparingly or a person will
be up to his belt buckle in alligators very quickly, just like before
retirement. I guess there is really no way to live a tranquil life, even in
retirement, unless a person just does what needs to be done first and then
relaxes later. So what good is retirement? My answer is that it lets a
person concentrate on things that interest him and not things that must be
done to put bread on the table. A few people and a lot of professional
blacksmiths are lucky enough to make their life's work the thing that
interests them. The work not only satisfies their soul but puts bread on the
table as well. The rest of us have to wait for retirement. Life is good,
happy and prosperous 2002.
Thanks,
Robby

I just received this message from the mailing list server's owner Al
Waller. I thought all of you would want to know about this as it explains
why some postings seem to have been missed the last day or so. But, they
are in the archives.
It sounds like the problem is fixed, and for the better at that.
