[TheForge] yahoogroups blacksmith lists

I joined up on a few blacksmith listservs on yahoogroups.  I noticed a few 
names that were the same.
For those of you using yahoogroups, which blacksmith groups do you find the 
most useful, with the most emphasis on forging info, educational 
opportunities, and good questions from members?
Any that I should avoid because of too much complaining or political 
bickering?
